The composed calmness in their eyes do not reflect the slightly rickety hands nor the thumping heartbeats of both drivers preparing to tear up the track, sideways. A riveting highlight of the event that attracted a large crowd, both the young and the young at heart, was the 1/10 RC drift competition organized by Street Revolution, a local RC supplies store.
It took a while but Ken has been busy spending two years of his life serving our beloved country. The Alliance Meet video is finally done, a better over view of the entire event for those who missed that epic day. Also attached are previously unreleased meet photos by Shane.

Some people engage in extreme sports to get their adrenaline rush. Certain ingredients in foods, like sugar, makes some go gaga; however, personally sodium chloride does it for me.
1:1 scale Hot Wheels toy car.
Eating salty Mcdonalds while penning this article I wondered what is the first thing that comes into my mind when it comes to a Toyota Supra built for drift. Unfortunately it was the viral video of this Russian girl having her buttons on her blouse all bursting, exposing her rack while seated in a drifting Supra.
It’s almost a year since we featured Benjamin”s AE86 here. To many of those residing overseas, an AE86 wouldn’t mean much to begin with, or cost much so as to speak.
A second look at this AE86 since last year.
Sadly living in Singapore, all our cars here are slapped with a 10-year certification that is worth around USD$80,000 that allows the cars to be on the roads. Owning a car here is like having a depreciating asset pegged to the years left on that piece of paper. Cars like the AE86, would have renewed this certificate at its age.
In a dramatic run in the finals with Indonesia’s Rio Saputro Budihardjo, the Indonesian driver managed to push Daigo Saito into a 1 more time before submitting to the pressure and spinning out, handing Daigo the trophy. Exciting stuff at Formula D Singapore!
Kudos to all the Singaporean, Malaysian and Indonesian drivers who put up a great fight! Here’s a shot from Daigo’s winning run just before Budihardjo spun out. More pictures coming soon!
Firstly I would like to welcome Ken Leow to The Right Wrong as our newest crew member for the site, and just in time we have this video to share with you guys. Enjoy this awesome spectacle of a maestro behind two S15s of different builds!

I used the words “restoring them to their original glory” in the teaser of this AE86. I may have made a little mistake there. After-all, this car was glorified by none other then… Well, lets put the number at a low 70% of every girl’s dream guy.
I can assure you Jay Chou or Takumi for that matter has got nothing on THIS.
Now most of you who have been following our site probably realized, I bitch a lot about our COE system screwing us over. That very system makes us miss out a lot on cars which may be old but will definitely not lose out to the newer models in terms of design and performance. The Supra in a previous net catch was one those examples. Fortunately for us, not every old car became a fatality of the COE system. Some actually saw value in preserving these old cars and restoring them to their original glory. A glory deserved and preserved in many countries overseas especially in Japan or the USA. Its not often to find such cars in Singapore and some how, that that’s just what we chanced upon.
